BALTIC - The 99 points racked up by the Trojans (5-1) (7-7) is the most for 1 game in the history of the school. According to records, the 1959-60 Trojan quintet marked up 91 against Stone Creek and the 1962-63 aggregation got as many against Gnadenhutten. Nine players took part in the assault. Paul Shipbaugh leading the way with 20 markers. Others in double figures were Bob Burris 15, Dave Widder 14, Gary Adams 12 and Bob Cappillo 10. Two Eagles reached 2 digits. Ron Maurer got 14 points and Gus Regula 12. Tuscarawas Valley vaulted into a 34-8 advantage at the 1st stop, was in front 56-23 at the half and took an 83-36 margin into the last period. The Trojans of Coach Ken Gold fired through 33 of 77 action shots for 43 percent and swished 25 of 36 charities. The Eagles of Stan Berkman (0-6) (0-13) were 15 of 47 for 32 percent and 16 of 33 respectively. The Tuscarawas Valley Reserves (5-7) blew off the Baltic Eagles (1-10) 61-49.
