BALTIC - Garaway High (1-0) opened its 1963-64 basketball season in impressive style here Wednesday night as it rocked Baltic (0-2).  The Glenn Snyder-coached Pirates were in mid-season form, hitting on 50 percent of the shots both from action and the charity stripes.  Baltic, coached by Stan Berkman, canned only 20 percent of its floor flings and half from the foul lines.  Four Pirates hit in double figures, paced by Don Deetz who had 18 points.  Bill Richardson popped in 15, Jim Young 12 and Randy Miller 11.  Ron Maurer and Gus Regula had 7 each to lead the Eagles.  No Reserve game was reported.
