PORT WASHINGTON - Stone Creek (8-1) parlayed steady play throughout the game and clutch final quarter work into a victory over Tuscarawas (3-4) here last night in the finals of the Port Washington Holiday Basketball Tournament.  Stone Creek led 14-10 and 27-25 at the first 2 stops, but the Broncos pulled even 34-34 going into the final frame.  Balance was the keynote for the Charles Huggins-coached Panthers.  Three players hit double figures.  John Flinner was high point-maker with 15, Jim Wherley got 14 and Vic Turner contributed 12.  Leading Tuscarawas under Coach Charles Etling, were Russ McGlothlin and Ray McWilliams with 12 and 10 tallies, respectively.
