Gnadenhutten High School (Indians) Senior - Terry Huebner (17-Points)
GNADENHUTTEN - Jim Povick came up with his 2nd best scoring effort of the season here last night to power Dennison (7-7) to victory over Gnadenhutten (6-11). Povick rimmed 21 points, getting able support from Jerry Milburn with 17 and Dean Green with 12. Usually high-scoring Greb Goodrich was limited to 6. Terry Huebner had 17 tallies and Gene Bates 16 for the Indians who trailed 14-9, 31-24 and 48-43 at the quarter rests. Dennison fired in 27 of 48 action attempts for 54 percent and 10 of 11 charities. Gnadenhutten was 17 of 55 for 31 percent and 18 of 32, respectively. Rebounds favored Dennison 35-23, with Millburn grabbing 10 and Indian Bill Kohl 12. Dennison Reserves started the night off by ripping the Gnadenhutten Reserves (4-11) 34-28.
