BOLIVAR - Tuscarawas (3-1) (4-6) led all the way to hand the Trojans of Tusky Valley (0-3) (0-8) their 8th straight loss of the season.  The Broncos broke out to a 9-7 first quarter lead and then galloped off to a 23-15 intermission margin.  A point spluge in the early minutes of the third frame put the game on ice for Tuscarawas.  Phil Meese pumped in 22 points to top the Broncos in the scoring department once again.  Fred Burmich added 17 to the cause.  John Ferren started late, netting 13 points in the final frame, but ended up with 15 counters for TV.  Mike Boyd was next high with 9 counters.  The host Trojans were cold from the field, making only 18 of their 76 field goal attempts for 24 percent.  Tuscarawas banged away for 37 percent, 19 of 52.  Although notching only one more field goal than the losers, Tuscarawas held the edge at the foul line 23-9.  The Tuscarawas Valley Reserves (6-2) dropped the Tuscarawas Reserves (4-4) 37-26.
