STRASBURG - Host Strasburg (5-5) snapped a 3-game losing streak Saturday night at the expense of East Canton (1-7). The Tigers jumped off to a quick start and found it easy going the rest of the way. They held quarter leads of 18-10, 38-16 and 53-25. Coach Warren Binder's Tigers connected on 22 of 63 shots from the field for 35 percent. East Canton had trouble finding the hoop and hit only 17 percent of its 60 shots. Don Wallick paced Strasburg with 19 points, receiving 17 point help from veteran Jim Clymer. Jim Barrick topped East Canton with 13. The Strasburg Reserves started the night off by whipping the East Canton Reserves (2-8) 40-28.
