BOLIVAR - The Blue Devils (2-0) (6-1), bounced from the unbeaten path Tuesday night in a non-league fray at Gnadenhutten, had to do another "bounce" against Tuscarawas Valley (0-2) (0-3). With Rick Belknap connecting for 10 of its total, Midvale hit on 21 of 57 action shots for 39 percent. Balknap added 5 charity tosses to gain scoring laurels with 25 points. He received top support from Walt Weaver, who netted 10. Tuscarawas Valley had Dean Nemetz in the leading role with 12. The Trojans meshed 16 of 60 action tosses for 26.3 percent. The Tuscarawas Valley Reserves (2-1) just nipped the Midvale Reserves (6-1) 37-36, while in the Junior High game, Tuscarawas Valley blew out Midvale 28-14.
