60 - TV Wins 3 Straight On 3-1 Win Against Baltic (4-15-60)

BOLIVAR - Tuscarawas Valley (3-0) notched its third straight victory in the County Baseball League yesterday when it defeated Baltic (0-1).  The Trojans, who return to action Monday when they travel to Stone Creek, traded runs with the Eagles in the fourth inning, but then put across game clinching markers in the fifth inning.  Al Cerett (1-0) went the distance for Tusky Valley, striking out 2, walking 2 and permitting 5 hits.  Southpaw ace Dick Lautenschleger (0-1) of Baltic fanned 15 Trojans and walked only 1, while permitting 7 hits.  Ron Lake and Rod Cropper paced the Trojans at the plate with Lake doubling twice and Cropper connecting for a triple.  Gary Gerber's Home Run accounted for the Eagles' lone marker.  Lautenschleger also doubled.
