61 - Dennison Railroads Strasburg 56-38 (12-10-60)


DENNISON - The Dennison Railroaders (1-2) jelled into a formidable basketball team for the first  time this season here last night, romping to a victory over invading Strasburg (1-2).  Dennison cracked the game wide open in the third quarter, after leading only 8-7 and 23-18 to win going away and by 18 points.  Four of Dennison's 5 starters moved into the double figure column with Senior forward Jim Henry leading the way with 11 points.  Dick Selzer, Don Galbraith and John Neighbors scored 10 each.  Both teams ended with a poor percentage night.  Dennison made only 19 of 51 goal attempts for 26 percent and the Tigers hit 30 percent when they made 14 of 42.  The Strasburg Reserves (2-1) pawed their way to a 31-22 win over the Dennison Reserves.
