TUSCARAWAS - Midvale (3-1) racked up another win here Friday, ruining the opening of a new campaign for Tuscarawas (0-1) with a narrow triumph.  In the rough-and-tumble affair, the Devils were forced to come from behind for the victory.  Tusky moved in front for the first time 52-50 in the 3rd stanza, but lost the edge in the final quarter as the Devils outscored the hosts 20 to 10.  A total of 42 personals were called in the game, 26 against the Broncos.  Dean DeMattio led Midvale with 28 points and did yeoman work on the boards, followed by pint-sized Butch Fox with 14 and Bob Byers with 13.  Fox, subbing for Tom Mackey, out with the flu, stands only 5-4.  Enjoying a red hot first half, Fred Burmich led Tuscarawas with 20 points.  He  got 18 in the first 2 periods.  Ivan Summers added 14 to the Tusky attack.  There was no report of a Reserve game.
