LEESVILLE - The Conotton Valley Rockets (6-0), co-leaders of the Harrison County League, defeated the Strasburg Tigers (4-4) 81-58 here Tuesday night. The loss broke a 2-game winning streak for Strasburg. The Rockets sank 19 of 22 free throws and hit on 50 percent of their shots. Lanty Smith led the scoring with 25 points for the season. Jack Buckey, Larry Dunlap and Smith also played outstanding ball under the boards. Dale Liggett was high scorer for the Tigers with 20 points. Frank Wallick added 15. The Conotton Valley Reserves were also winners by edging the Strasburg Reserves (4-4) 39-38.*
