SUGARCREEK - Garaway's Pirates (2-0) displayed a potent scoring attack to rack up a decisive victory over Fresno here Wednesday night. Paced by Koran Zehnder and Chuck Stingel, the Pirates rolled to quarter leads of 17-9, 38-25 and 54-37 over the Coshocton County combine. Zehnder poured in 27 points, while Chuck Stingel tallied 19. Bob Raber also hit in double figures for the Pirates, tallying 10 points. Bob Hamilton's 19 points were high for the invaders. Dave Mast had 14, Darrell Olinger 12 and Vernon Mizer. The Garaway Reserves (1-1) in similar fashion beat the Fresno Reserves 45-26.
