BALTIC - The Baltic Eagles (1-1) saw their record evened last night when it dropped a decision to invading Fresno. The Eagles held the lead until the final 3 minutes of the contest when they ran into a severe case of bobbleitis, turning over the ball to the invaders for key baskets. They led by as much as 7 points in the final stanza. Baltic exhibited a balanced scoring attack with four of the five starters scoring in double figures. John Rice led the way with 21 points, while Gary Gerber followed with 13. Charles McPherson and Gary Mast had 10 points apiece. Bob Ladrach, the other starter, had 4 fouls in the first half and sat out most of the second half. Jim Mast and Bill Hamilton led the victors with 15 and 14 points, respectively. Baltic's reserve (2-0) combine copped the preliminary 39-30.
