STONE CREEK - Stone Creek's Panthers (0-2) gave notice Saturday night that their faithful may be in for a long season. Hampered by inexperience, they fell to Hiland's classy Hawks. The young Panthers shut out in the first stanza, didn't score their first point until 12 minutes had gone by in the contest. They managed only 3 points in the second period. Linus Miller paced the Hawks with 21 points. Gale Sauser was high for Stone Creek with 7 points. No Reserve game was reported.*
