60 - Area Schools Will Launch Diamond Sked (9-4-59)

Tuscarawas County's non-playing football schools will get into action on the baseball diamond next Tuesday with a full schedule on tap. Gnadenhutten, Garaway, Port Washington, Baltic and Stone Creek are all members of the Fall diamond league and will play a 20-game schedule.

Tuesday's contests see Gnadenhutten at Garaway and Port Washington at Baltic. Thursday, Stone Creek is at Baltic and Port Washington at Gnadenhutten. Action resumes Monday, September 14 with Port Washington traveling to Stone Creek and Garaway to Baltic. Wednesday, September 17 Gnadenhutten is at Baltic and Stone Creek at Garaway, with Port Washington traveling to Garaway and then Gnadenhutten to Stone Creek September 21.

The second round of the schedule finds: September 24 Garaway at Gnadenhutten, Baltic at Port Washigton; September 29 Baltic at Stone Creek and Gnaden at Port Washington; October 1 Stone Creek at Port Washington, Baltic at Garaway; October 6 Baltic at Gnaden, Garaway at Stone Creek; October 8 Garaway at Port Washington and Stone Creek at Gnadenhutten.
