66 - Down The Line With Dan Kopp



DOVER - Dan Jinks (Gnadenhutten) and John Studer (Strasburg) are at the top of the scoring list in Tuscarawas County Class A as every team gets set to resume action this week.  Gnadenhutten is the 1st county quintet to get back into the swing of things, visiting Lakeland tomorrow.  Jinks has poured 209 points through the hoops thus far, an average of 26.1 points per game as the Indians have achieved a 2-6 record.  He's a 5-11 Junior.  Studer, Strasburg's sensational 6-3 Junior, has whipped in 200 points in leading the Tigers to a 5-2 record.  That averages out to 28.5 points per contest.

Midvale has the most wins of any county quintet...8 against just 2 losses.  Strasburg, Midvale and Garaway are back on top again with Strasburg 3-0, Midvale 2-1, and Garaway at 1-1 in the County A League.  Here are over-all team records, with league records in parenthesis and team scoring leaders:
