NEW PHILADELPHIA - Dennison St. Mary's and Garaway will collide Thursday night at 8 to duel for the upper bracket Class A Sectional Co-Championship and a trip to the Steubenville District. Last night in semi-final contests the 18-2 Blue Waves smashed Conotton Valley 87-47. The Pirates, now 17-3, held off Gnadenhutten's driving Indians in the final period to salvage a 57-48 verdict. Clashing in the 7:30 opener will be Strasburg's 19-0 Tigers and the Tuscarawas Broncos, which will carry a 12-7 record into the fray. Hiland (10-11) and Jewett (8-11) conclude semi activity beginning with their game at 8:45.
