STEUBENVILLE - Tuscarawas County's 2 All-Ohio candidates, John Studer of Strasburg and Tom Crosswhite of Dennison St. Mary's head the Associated Press' All-Eastern District Class A Basketball Team, released today.  They were named Co-Most Valuable Players and accorded 1st team berths.  Sharing Class A District Coach-of-the Year honors were Charles Huggins of Strasburg and Paul Drotovick of Dennison St. Mary's.
