TUSCARAWAS - With 7 returnees from last year's co-league championship team, Tuscarawas (1-0) is expected to be a formidable threat for county laurels on the diamond again this Spring.  Coach Dick Ronald, in  his first year as coach at his alma mater, got the Broncos off on the right foot this week with a triumph over Strasburg (0-1) (0-2) as veteran Bill Fellers (1-0) fashioned a brillian one-hitter.  Fellers came within one man of opening the season with a perfect game, as the last man at bat broke the spell with a clean single in  the seventh.  He fanned 13, walked 4 and had one wild pitch in the performance.  Jim Schupp, another returnee, led the loud bats of Tusky with a single and double.  Terry Rainsberg clouted a double.  Feller contributed 2 singles and Chuck Reichman had a single.  Jim Clymer (0-2) was the loser, allowing 6 hits, fanning 12 and giving up 3 walks.
