61 - Gnadenhutten Drops Port Washington 9-4 (4-20-61)

GNADENHUTTEN - John Rauzi was cast into a dual role of heroics for the Indians (2-1). Although relieved by Don Garrett (0-0) at the conclusion of the 5th inning, Rauzi (1-0) received credit for the win, limiting Port Washington (1-1) to a single. He also had a double and 2 singles. Gary Conaway had a perfect day at the plate with 3 for 3, while Brad Kaiser counted 2 hits. Larry Laisure (0-1) started for Port Washington with Jim Bender (1-0) coming on in the 5th. The pair fanned 7 and walked 4. Port had 5 hits.
