STONE CREEK - Larry Milligen (4-1) was the victor for Garaway (6-1) (7-2); although, Jim Pope hurled the 3rd inning. The duo allowed 10 safeties, passed 6 and fanned ten. Dave Burrier (0-1) took the loss, giving way to Dickson in the 7th. The duo was hammered for 18 hits, walked 3 and struck out 3. Randy Miller had a triple and double, Tim Stevanus a double and Jim Young and Greg Troyer triples for Garaway. Teammate Jim Wheeler had 4 singles in 5 trips to the plate. Diebel had 3 safeties for the Panthers.
