60 - Tusky Jumps Gnaden 8-5 (4-29-60)


TUSCARAWAS - Charles (Chip) McCahill provided the punch last night as theTuscarawas Broncos (6-0) moved to within 3 games of a perfect baseball season on an 8-5 triumph over neighboring Gnadenhutten (3-3) yesterday.  McCahill pounded out 2 Home Runs accounting for 5 runs.  Bill Fellers (2-0) started and took the victory for Tusky.  He was relieved by Floyd Smith in the sixth.  Fellers fanned 7 and walked 4, while Smith had a strikeout.  Gary Conaway (1-1) went the distance for Gnadenhutten fanning 4 and walking 4.  John Hall led Gnaden with a triple.  Tusky (4-0) & (5-0) had victories over Garaway (5-1) and Strasburg (2-5) which were never reported.
