With the drawings for the annual County Class B Tournament slated Monday, the County League action is expected to produce fireworks Friday night as all except Dundee are slated to compete in the scramble. Strasburg's Tigers, undefeated in eight hoop games to date, will seek to maintain their lofty perch when the Sugarcreek-Shanesville Pirates invade.

THE TIGERS will be interested in the outcome of the Midvale invasion of Gnadenhutten, since the Blue Devils, with a 7-1 league record, are still in a position to challenge for the league title. Mineral City will be at Port Washington and Bolivar is slated at Stone Creek in other action with the Tuscarawas at Baltic contest also expected to hold part of the spotlight. Only the Midvale-Gnadenhutten and Strasburg-Sugarcreek-Shanesville contests will have any bearing on the title race. The Pirates will bow out of league competition with its circuit schedule complete in the tiff with Strasburg.

TUSCARAWAS and Baltic, who share 5-3 league marks with the fast-improving Port Washington Purple Riders, will be seeking to move up into third place in Friday's outings. Dundee is slated to see action Saturday night when the Bulldogs host Walnut Creek.
