Tuscarawas County's scholastic "300" Club grew to 10 members last week as the season came to a close. Latest to gain membership were Charley Stingel and Larry Yakley, both members of the Garaway High aggregation. Stingel and Yakley finished the regular season with 308 and 302 points, respectively, to join eight other county Class "A" performers who hit the 300-point level. Two of the "300" Club members have gone on to greater heights. Ron Bradley of Gnadenhutten finished with 501 points and John Rice of Baltic collected 426. Others in the club are Ben Price of Tusky Valley 389, Gary Caviness of Tuscarawas 383, Bill Phillips of Port Washington 383, Jim McAfee of Stone Creek 360, Ron Breniser of Midvale 357 and Gary Gerber of Baltic 356.
