CLASS "A" LEAGUE BATTLES DRAW COUNTY WIDE INTEREST - Interest will be high tonight when the Tuscarawas County Class "A" League resumes action with a 4-game slate which promises to be one of the best of the season. Topping the slate will be the game at Midvale pairing the Blue Devils, with a 4-0 mark in league play and 9-1 overall against the go-go Tuscarawas Valley Trojans. The Trojans are under the second-year tutorship of Bob Heller, Freshman mentor at Dover High before moving on to the new consolidations to take over the cage duties and athletic directorship. They have gone undefeated in eight regular season contests. In league play, the Trojans are 3-0. With games between current loop-leader Gnadenhutten (5-0) (8-2) and Midvale and Tusky Valley and Gnadenhutten in the next two weeks, tonight's test will be all-important for both squads. Given an outside chance for league laurels are Garaway (2-2) (6-4) and Stone Creek (2-2) (7-6). The Pirates of Coach Jim Stull will entertain the highly touted Gnaden crew tonight, while Stone Creek, under the first-year direction of Ernie Lukens, will lock horns with Strasburg's Tigers on the latter's court. Port Washington (0-4) (2-9) and Baltic (1-3) (5-7) will battle it out on the Eagle floor. Tuscarawas (1-3) (2-6) is idle in league play, but is home to Brewater tonight.
