Tuscarawas County B League Action (1-26-56)

Gnadenhutten, one of the winningest teams around with 15 victories as against only a loss to Strasburg, will be seeking to pin the first defeat on Midvale (12-4) in league play in the loop's feature attraction. The Indians nipped the Blue Devils 72-66 in an overtime in a non-league contest at Gnadenhutten and own a 6-1 league mark as compared to Midvale's perfect 7-0 circuit record. Strasburg's defending titlists, with a 7-0 league record and a perfect season record of 12 triumphs in as many starts, will be favored to win over the Pirates at Sugarcreek (7-8) and 5-3), while the Port Washington Purple Riders (10-5 and 4-3) are favored over the Tigers at Mineral City (2-13 and 2-6). Other circuit clashes have Baltic's Eagles (5-10 and 2-6) at Tuscarawas against the Broncos (4-8 and 4-4), while Stone Creek's Panthers (8-7 and 2-5) travel to battle the Bolivar Cardinals (6-9 and 2-6). The other tussle belongs to Dundee (2-12) will trek to Malvern (3-9).
