The First Place Gnadenhutten Indians (8-0) completed their 1958 Fall Tuscarawas County Baseball Season with a 3-0 shutout victory over second place Garaway (6-2) last night. Ron Bradley hurled the Tribe to their victory, giving up four hits, while striking out 10 and walking five. Charles Stingel was the losing hurler. He also gave up four hits, struck out eight and walked seven. Three errors were costly to the Pirates, while the Tribe played errorless ball. All The Indians' runs were unearned. Merrit Farmer led the Tribe at the plate when he collected two hits, one a double. Stingel led his teammates when he too collected two hits, both singles. During the season, Bradley had the distinction of hurling two no-hitters, three one-hitters, one two-hitter, two four-hitters, and one 7-hitter in racking up a 8-1 overall record, best for hurlers in this area. In addition, he has allowed only four earned runs. He issued 45 base on balls, struck out 113 batters and gave up 20 hits in 63 innings of duty.
